Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa In 2002 he declared himself king. King Hamad has four wives and in total twelve children, seven sons and five daughters: Under his orders as king, citizens were fired upon when they were coming back from a funeral of a young peaceful protester who was killed by the "king's" men on Thursday. These citizens were not even protesting. They were returning from a funeral.
